Job Description/Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing clients medical case files and make recommendations
- Conduct healthcare professional document verification
- Overseeing on boarding of healthcare professionals
- Responsible for forming alliances with healthcare institutions (Hospitals, Laboratories, Pharmacies, etc)
- Gathering and integrating data from disparate sources
- Building models and analyzing data to unearth trends and patterns
- Presenting and explaining information, and suggesting process improvements
- Create and validate record-keeping processes
- Build models that capture a wide range of health care operations
- Suggest ways to both increase healthcare quality and reduce costs
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to implement and evaluate improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
- MBBS Degree
- Proven experience in the Healthcare industry
- Experience in data analysis and visualization methods
- Understanding of healthcare procedures
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
