ACCOUNTANT (ENUGU)
Candidate must possess the following:
Minimum of HND in Accounting or related discipline.
Must be computer literate
Must be proficient in typing and EMR
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in accounting position is an added advantage.
Must be resident in Enugu.
Responsibilities and Attributes
Assisting with administrative tasks
Billing of patients and final production of patient bill of charges
Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
Account reconciliation, as well as Debt recovery especially from HMOs and other partners
Make frequent calls and visits to strengthen client as well as partner relationships.
Analyze and resolve billing issues promptly.
Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions, with regards to billing.
Maintain client focused working environment for team.
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with partners.
Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
