Overview
The purpose of this role is to be the key business partner for the Cluster Marketing Commercialization and Supply Chain teams.


Responsibilities
Provide effective First-Aid for employees, and refer serious cases to the hospital, including routine medical examination.Study and monitor the work environment and advise on proper sanitary standards, the health status and needs of employeesGive counselling and general health education to employees and manage the site clinicOversee the running of the fitness centre as a key venture for attaining balanced work life and keep fit.Organize and coordinate the First-Aiders programme together with effective utilization of the First-Aid BoxesTo implement and comply with relevant health/environment requirements under the SCJ/S/H/E policyDirect supervision of premises housekeeping, canteen and other welfare facilities.


Experience You’ll Bring
A registered Nurse/MidwifeGood knowledge of S/H/E standards and procedures5yrs practical experience in Occupational Health in an industrial settingTraining and/or Certification in Workplace Safety will be an added advantage.
